I have 11 years of experience with the Oracle e-Business Payroll product, including 8 years as Product Manager for Oracle Payroll at Oracle.  This experience is backed by over 20 years in the payroll business.  I have worked with hundreds of customers as well as industry analysts, sales, support and consulting regarding the payroll functionality.
